They respond very quickly and the team knows what they are doing - they... work together to problem solve and find required parts.Mostly recently they fixed my 20 year old Thermador range that came with our house and we really did not want to have to replace. The problem ended up being very complicated, and the team came back repeatedly to figure it out and replace a large number of parts. Each time, they were communicative and courteous. Appliance Repair was my second call but should have been my first. They sent a technician to my house within 18 hours to fix my leaky washing machine... (broken cold and hot water valve).My dryer is stacked on top of the washer inside a cabinet. It's a tight space. Vlad was able to move it unlike the first company I had out.***Helpful tip, always ask and get confirmation if a technician works on a stacked washer/dryer.While Vlad was out, I had him work on my dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher.
