I’ve hired them for several repairs over the years! Always a good experience. They respond very quickly and the team knows what they are doing - they... work together to problem solve and find required parts.Mostly recently they fixed my 20 year old Thermador range that came with our house and we really did not want to have to replace. The problem ended up being very complicated, and the team came back repeatedly to figure it out and replace a large number of parts. Each time, they were communicative and courteous. They didn’t even add on extra hours of labor charges, which frankly I think were warranted given the complexity of this project. In short, I really cannot recommend them enough. Communicative, smart, and honest.read more

Whether it's for me or one of my... 17 tenants they send out knowledgeable technicians that give straight answers & do clean work. They recently replaced a part in one of my washing machines. I’ve quite literally never needed to hire someone to repair an appliance so I didn’t know where to go but all the good reviews brought me here and... they were right!It was very easy to make an appointment and I had a day and window of arrival set. The day off, I got a call early on to confirm a more precise time of arrival and here comes Gregory! He was soooo polite and thoughtful, he explained everything to me in detail and was upfront about costs and services. He was able to do everything the day off and pretty quick too! Our coffee shop's Sub Zero Ice maker broke after 2 years of operation, nothing seemed to be in trouble... Appliance Repair was my second call but should have been my first. They sent a technician to my house within 18 hours to fix my leaky washing machine... (broken cold and hot water valve).My dryer is stacked on top of the washer inside a cabinet. It's a tight space. Vlad was able to move it unlike the first company I had out.***Helpful tip, always ask and get confirmation if a technician works on a stacked washer/dryer.While Vlad was out, I had him work on my dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. This was the first time I had them serviced in 8 years. Please don't wait as long as I did. I will hire them every 12-24 months in the future to work on my appliances.read more

I didn’t manage to schedule a repair for my refrigerator with Viking service since their next available booking was in two weeks from that day and we... just couldn't wait. I found Socal Appliance online, called them and they came just in 3 hours! Awesome! Tech found a problem, explained why the fresh food section wasn't cooling and provided a detailed quote and ETA.
